Dr. Jenny has been engaged in the art and science of human performance her entire life, beginning with her own athletic journey. A four-year All-American swimmer, she served as assistant coach at UCLA, swam on two national teams, and competed at the 1988 Olympic Trials. She also competed nationally and internationally on the National Championship Los Angeles County Lifeguard Surf Racing Team for six years.
After retiring from competition, Dr. Jenny shifted her focus to helping high-performing athletes in every sport go for their biggest wins. She has worked with individual athletes in the 2004, 2008, 2012, and 2016 Olympic Games, propelling several to the podium, and served as Team Sport Psychologist for the 2012 Olympic Dressage Team for the London Olympics.
Athletes aren't the only people who rely on Dr. Jenny's high-performance expertise. As a keynote speaker and corporate trainer, she has prepared leaders around the world to thrive in high-pressure environments and drive their organizations to success when stakes are at their highest.
